How do I become an authorized SecureZone reseller?
Send an email to reseller@securezone.com.ph or fill in the contact form above selecting “Reseller / Partnership.” Our partner team will review your application and get back to you within 1–2 business days with onboarding details and the partner pricelist.
Do you offer product demos before purchasing?
Yes! We provide free product demos and trial licenses for all brands we distribute — including GstarCAD, K7 Computing, EaseUS, CYFOX, and Codeproof. Simply indicate “Demo Request” in your inquiry and we will coordinate a schedule with you.
Are software licenses priced in Philippine Peso?
Yes. All products distributed by SecureZone Solutions are locally priced in Philippine Peso (₱), eliminating currency conversion headaches for both resellers and end-users. VAT-exclusive pricing; BIR-registered invoices available.
What technical support do you offer after purchase?
We provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support via email and our partner portal for all products. Critical issues are escalated directly to the vendor’s support team on your behalf. Business-hours response time is typically within 4 hours.
Do you serve clients outside Metro Manila?
Absolutely. All software licenses are delivered electronically, so we serve clients and resellers anywhere in the Philippines — from Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao. Physical meetings can be arranged in Metro Manila; remote demos are available nationwide.
Are the products compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act?
Yes. The products we distribute are used globally in regulated environments and are compatible with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). We can assist with compliance documentation and vendor DPA agreements upon request.
