What is Securezone 365, and how does it relate to Kaseya and Datto?

+

Securezone 365 is Securezone Solutions’ branded offering of the complete Kaseya + Datto IT management and cybersecurity platform — exclusively distributed in the Philippines by Securezone Solutions Co.

Kaseya acquired Datto in 2022, merging two of the world’s most trusted IT management platforms into a single unified stack. Securezone 365 brings that combined platform to Philippine organizations and MSPs under three integrated tiers: Endpoint, User, and Ops — covering every layer of modern IT management from device control to business continuity.

Why did Kaseya acquire Datto, and what does that mean for Philippine customers?

+

Kaseya acquired Datto because both companies shared a customer-first culture and complementary product portfolios, both focused on solving the core pain points of modern IT teams and MSPs worldwide. The acquisition combined Datto’s world-class BCDR, networking, and PSA solutions with Kaseya’s RMM, security, and automation tools into one deeply integrated platform.

For Philippine customers, this means one vendor relationship, one platform, and one point of local support — all through Securezone Solutions. Instead of managing separate contracts with multiple vendors, you get the full Kaseya + Datto stack through a single authorized Philippine distributor with local pricing, local expertise, and local after-sales support.

What products are included in the Securezone 365 platform?

+

Securezone 365 is organized into three tiers, each covering a critical layer of IT management:

  • S365 Endpoint — Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), automated patch management, IT asset inventory and network discovery.
  • S365 User — Datto SaaS Backup (Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace), Dark Web ID monitoring, BullPhish ID security awareness training, and password management.
  • S365 Ops — Datto BCDR (backup and disaster recovery), Datto Networking, Datto PSA (professional services automation), IT Glue documentation, and managed SOC services through our OutlawOps partnership.

All products are natively integrated across the Kaseya + Datto platform, sharing a unified data layer so your tools work together out of the box — no third-party connectors required.

Will Datto products continue to operate as separate, dedicated tools?

+

Yes. All Datto products continue to operate as fully supported, independently functional tools — Datto BCDR, Datto RMM, Datto PSA, Datto SaaS Backup, and Datto Networking each remain distinct, best-in-class solutions. There are no plans to merge or phase out any Datto products.

What has changed is that these products now benefit from deeper integration with Kaseya’s platform, shared development investment, and unified vendor support — meaning customers get a better product experience over time, not a reduced one.

How does Securezone 365 compare to buying Kaseya and Datto products separately?

+

Securezone 365 offers several advantages over procuring products piecemeal:

  • Integrated platform — products share data natively, eliminating the setup overhead of third-party integrations between separate tools.
  • Simplified procurement — one authorized distributor, one quotation, one renewal cycle, one support relationship.
  • Bundled pricing — Securezone Solutions structures Philippine-market pricing to reward customers who adopt the full platform or multiple tiers.
  • Local support — a Las Piñas-based team with 40+ years of combined Philippine IT experience handles pre-sales, deployment, and after-sales — no time-zone gaps, no language barriers.

What licensing models are available for Securezone 365?

+

Securezone 365 is available under flexible models designed to match different budget structures:

  • Annual Subscription — per-endpoint or per-user pricing billed annually; always on the latest product version with support included. Best for organizations that prefer OpEx-friendly spending.
  • Perpetual License — available for select products where applicable; one-time purchase with optional annual maintenance renewal for updates and support.
  • Volume Licensing — discounted pricing tiers for multi-seat, multi-site, or enterprise-wide deployments. Securezone Solutions works directly with accounts to structure volume agreements.
  • MSP / Reseller Licensing — monthly or annual per-managed-endpoint pricing designed specifically for Philippine managed service providers to on-bill to their end clients.

Has the acquisition of Datto by Kaseya changed product pricing?

+

Post-acquisition, Kaseya made a public commitment to reduce Datto list pricing — investment and innovation went up while prices came down. As a result, Securezone Solutions is able to offer the combined Kaseya + Datto platform at pricing that is significantly more competitive than what you would pay for equivalent tools from legacy single-vendor stacks.

Kaseya’s stated goal has been to offer a purpose-built MSP platform at pricing roughly one-third less than comparable competitor stacks. For Philippine customers, Securezone Solutions further localizes that pricing in Philippine peso with payment terms that fit local procurement cycles.

Are education and government pricing tiers available?

+

Yes. Securezone Solutions offers special pricing for qualified academic institutions and Philippine government agencies for applicable Securezone 365 products. Government procurement through PhilGEPS and BAC processes is supported.

Please reach out to our sales team to discuss eligibility and obtain a formal quotation aligned with your procurement requirements.

  • Deployment assistance — license provisioning, initial setup guidance, and onboarding coordination.

  • Competitive distributor margin structures on all Securezone 365 tiers
  • Deal registration and lead protection
  • Access to Kaseya University training and certifications

Does Securezone 365 include managed cybersecurity services, or is it purely software licensing?

+

Securezone 365 covers both. The platform includes software licensing for the full Kaseya + Datto product stack, and through our services partnership with OutlawOps, we also offer managed cybersecurity services layered on top of the platform:

  • 24/7 managed Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring
  • Incident detection, response, and containment
  • Vulnerability management and penetration testing
  • Threat intelligence feeds integrated with your Kaseya/Datto environment

Organizations that want the platform fully operated and monitored — not just licensed — can engage the OutlawOps managed services layer through Securezone Solutions as a single bundled engagement.

Will existing customers of Securezone’s other product lines be affected?

+

Not at all. Securezone Solutions continues to distribute and fully support all existing brands in our portfolio — GstarCAD, GstarBIM, K7 Computing, EaseUS, CYFOX, and Codeproof. Securezone 365 is an addition to our portfolio, not a replacement.

In fact, many of these products complement the Securezone 365 platform well. For example, Codeproof MDM integrates naturally with the S365 Endpoint tier for organizations that need mobile device management alongside their RMM stack, and K7 Computing provides entry-level endpoint security for environments not yet ready for enterprise EDR.

Where is Securezone Solutions headquartered, and how long have you been operating?

+

Securezone Solutions Co. is headquartered in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and has been operating as an authorized IT software distributor since 2012 — initially as a distributor for Avira antivirus before expanding our portfolio to cover multiple global software brands across cybersecurity, productivity, and IT management.

Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience in the Philippine IT industry. We understand local procurement cycles, government and enterprise decision-making processes, and the specific challenges Philippine IT teams face — advantages that purely global vendors cannot offer.
